Alliance for Affordable Services Achieves Legislative Victory for its Members with Passage of Small Business Bill

Alliance for Affordable Services is celebrating the passage of H.R. 5297, the Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010, as a legislative victory for its members and small-business owners nationwide. The Act, which President Obama will sign into law today, includes several components that the Alliance and its membership supported, such as increased access to capital and targeted tax credits that include an historic first — allowing the self-employed to receive a tax credit for health care expenditures.
