Question 1
The Omnibus Spending Proposal put forth by the Obama Administration (the fiscal budget proposal for the federal government) is now being debated in Congress. The budget proposes the largest federal spending increase in U.S. History. Supporters say that the government needs to increase federal spending in order to alleviate the current economic crisis. Opponents say that we will not be able to spend our way out of economic trouble. Do you support or oppose the increase in federal spending proposed in this budget?

In general, do you support or oppose the federal government's passage of the nearly $1 trillion economic stimulus plan?

Do you support or oppose the proposed continuation and expansion of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (T.A.R.P.), also referred to as the "bank bailout"?

to all active members with an email address on file. At the time this data was obtained, there were 1,056 total responses.
