Microbusiness Member
    Qualifying members can deduct up to 100% of their health insurance premiums and non-insured medical expenses from federal, state, and self-employed taxes.

    The typical Section 105 BASE® Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) customer saves more than $4,500 on average in taxes per year. Save $44 and enroll at the special Alliance Members rate of only $280 for the first year — regularly $324.
  • SamplePay®
    Professional payroll assistance for BASE® HRA clients only. Reduce payroll assistance costs by as much as 70%. Alliance Members pay only $180 per year.
Employer with Multiple Employees Member
  • BASE® 125 Cafeteria Plan
    This plan offers:
    • Premium Only Plan (POP)
    • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    • Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP)
    The setup fee for Alliance Members is $250, a $100 savings.
  • BASE® Integrated HRA
    The BASE® Integrated HRA is a solution for employers with a group health insurance plan in place who are looking to reduce the overall cost of insurance coverage. This reimbursement program is designed to assist employees with medical expenses. The setup fee for Alliance Members is only $250, a $100 discount.
    The BASE® QSE HRA allows employers with less than 50 full-time employees the opportunity to contribute to the cost of employee's healthcare. The maximum contributions are $4,950 for individuals and $10,000 for families. Employees can use this money for insurance premiums, co-pays, deductibles, eye care, dental care or any other qualified healthcare expense. The amount provided is tax-free to the employees and 100% tax deductible to the employer.
  • BASE® ERISA Wrap
    Virtually all employers who offer benefits, regardless of size or number of participants, should have a Wrap Plan in place. Even an employer who has a group health care plan of 1 needs an ERISA Wrap. ERISA (the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act), governed by the Department of Labor, requires employers to maintain and distribute Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) to plan participants, and group health plans must be administered in accordance with a written Plan Document.

    Outside of preparing and creating customized Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions, BASE® will also provide added ERISA and ACA compliance documentation and distribution guidelines. Plus, this plan documentation includes all required salary reduction information when applicable in the form of a Premium Only Plan.
